I don’t know about you, but I often feel quite snacky around this time, before dinner. I have been really enjoying raw veges lately. They are so tasty! And you can basically eat them in unlimited quantities, without any kind of concern for kJ content. Not to mention the fact that you should eat at least five serves of veges each day for so many reasons, including protection against cancer and heart disease, to mention just two.
I love eating them on their own. I think they are a great pre dinner snack, but I am on the hunt for yummy dips to eat with them for a treat, and I have found this capsicum and walnut dip recipe adapted from Kimberly Snyder which is pretty tasty.
