So the benefits of fatty fish. It is GOOD for your heart, because it increases the omega 3’s and the omega threes reduce inflammation as well as reduce clotting, and make your blood thinner. That is WHY fish is good for heart disease.
This recipe from the heart foundation is so gorgeous because the slaw is going to be lush, there is some nice spices, including orange, and chilli flakes.
